Ronald McDonald House of Long Island is a home away from home for families of sick children. This month RMHLI is home to two little girls from Russia - five year old Viktoria and six year old Maria. Both have life-threatening holes in their heart and are anxiously awaiting medical treatment next week.
To take their minds off the upcoming procedures and to celebrate the holiday season - RMHLI invited Santa and Mrs. Claus to visit the house. Long time Gift of Life volunteers Alan and Tatyana Forman, Anna Becker, and RGOL Executive Director Michael Yurieff introduced Maria and Viktoria to Santa. Their eyes lit up at all the toys! Also on hand were two Rockettes from Radio City Music Hall. Everyone enjoyed the evening and all of the holiday cheer.
