In Grateful Recognition of Dr. Levchuck.

"On behalf of the Board of Directors, we gratefully acknowledge your exceptional compassion and generosity in providing the finest medical care to underprivileged children suffering from heart defects. These children come from far away and literally place their lives in your skilled hands. The responsibility is great, yet you meet this challenge with grace and humility. With their health restored, the children return home, ready to face challenges of their own. Russian Gift of Life honors you for the many children leading healthy lives today, their gratitude and ours is truly heartfelt."
